    Dirk began his textile career in as international export manager for Escolys Textiles, Belgian Jacquard weavers. After twenty successful years he decided to branch out on his own, creating two independent sales agencies: Gentrify in Belgium and Cartagenius in Colombia.

    Dirk’s professional reputation and expertise with home textile and furniture wholesalers, retailers and hospitality facilitated a smooth transition from selling a single range, to coordinating sales for a curated portfolio of complementary lines from around the globe.

    Johnny Keeton Studios was established in 1975 as a sales agency for textile suppliers. Originally founded in Huntington Beach, California, JKS opened their first New York showroom in 1980.

    In 1992, the company moved all operations to New York and opened the International Textile Building on 29th Street, at the heart of the home textile industry. Today, from his new base in California, he represents a number of top suppliers: home textile producers, converters and manufacturers. His sales group of local agents spans over 43 countries on 5 continents.

    Lexi loves all things digital, business processes and textiles. Having grown up in New York City with the international home textile industry as her extended family, Lexi’s involvement with TexSquare was a no-brainer.

    Heading up operations for Johnny Keeton Studios and representing Ashley Wilde in the early 2000s gives Lexi an edge when creating digital processes for TexSquare today. Lexi is also currently completing Graduate studies in Digital Communications and a Masters of Education at Deakin University where she continues to dive deep into digital spaces.
